What documents do I need?
Kenyan nationals need a national ID. Refugees need a UNHCR registration certificate. A driving licence is helpful but not required to apply.
How long does approval take?
We respond within 24 hours. Full approval and onboarding is typically completed within 3–7 days, depending on document verification and platform registration.
Do I need a driving licence?
Not to apply. We finance training for riders without a licence. You will need one before operating on delivery platforms, and we help you get it.
Is there an application fee?
No. Applying is completely free. There are no upfront fees at any stage — financing is structured into your daily repayment plan.
No riding experience — can I still apply?
Absolutely. Many of our riders start with zero experience. We provide basic training and pair you with experienced riders during your first weeks.
Can I change my bike later?
Yes. The bike you select now is your preference. Final selection happens during onboarding once you've seen each bike and discussed options with our team.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
A smartphone is needed for delivery apps and GPS navigation. We can help you access an affordable device through our device financing add-on. Let us know in your notes.
What languages are available?
Our team and community liaisons support English, Swahili, French, Kinyarwanda, and Somali. We match you with a liaison who speaks your language.
